Right now the home sales market is taking off and we are assisting future homeowners to be prepared and get approved to obtain a mortgage and take advantage of the LOW rates we still have available to us right now. Whether they are ready now or sometime in the future, we are here to walk them through the process every step of the way. It is still amazing to us to see all of the misinformation out there about the real estate business, especially the fact that people still think you need at least 20% down to purchase a home. So often we show people that they can actually afford much more than they thought they could, and their overall payment is not even much more than they are paying rent right now. We work with people on credit repair, and anything else they need to do to be ready to go. We also work with many professional Realtors that we can refer our borrowers to so that we know they are in good hands when searching for the home of their dreams.
